GEN-01 at a glance
The GEN-01 NFT series features a limited supply of 100,000 units, priced at S$100 per NFT.
To ensure fairness, users may purchase a maximum of 100 NFTs per online purchase with no lifetime limit on the total NFTs held.
Clear Lifecycle, No Forever Tokens.
To ensure long-term sustainability, each GEN-01 NFT has a maximum lifespan of 5 years from purchase and automatically retires once the holder has received 10X cumulative rewards.
Once retired or expired, the NFT stops receiving rewards. No action is required from the holder.
Sustainable and Equitable Rewards
Clover10X is not an investment product and rewards are not guaranteed. Rewards are derived from a participation pool, which is funded by up to 20% of Clover Marketplace’s voucher transaction fees and up to 20% of Clover10X NFT sales revenue, as determined by Clover from time to time.
The size of the participation pool depends entirely on actual marketplace activity and may vary from one quarter to the next.
Rewards are calculated quarterly, and reward distribution commences on April 9, 2026.

Achieving Net-Zero at scale is a goal that is close to the team at Clover. We are working on new sustainability mechanics, designed to reward holders for offsetting their personal carbon footprints and progressing towards Net-Zero participation.

Clover10X also features a simple 2-tier referral model that rewards you for helping grow the Clover Marketplace:
Tier 1 → 10% on direct referrals
Tier 2 → 5% on referrals from your referrals
Affiliate Rewards apply to all purchases made within 5 years of a referral’s first purchase and are halved annually.
(10% → 5% → 2.5% → 1.25% → 0.625%)
Affiliate Rewards are added to a holder’s cumulative 10X reward limit.

No. Clover10X is not an investment product. There are no guaranteed returns, no projections, and no promises. Participation rewards depend entirely on real marketplace usage.

It is a blockchain-minted digital token that represents your participation in Clover Marketplace. Holding it may entitle you to quarterly rewards based on actual platform activity.

Each GEN-01 NFT costs S$100. You may purchase as little as 1 NFT, up to 100 NFTs per online purchase, with no limit on total NFTs held over time.

There is no cap on quarterly payouts. However, each NFT:
• retires automatically once 10× cumulative rewards are received, or
• expires after 5 years, whichever comes first.
Once retired or expired, the NFT stops receiving rewards. No action is required from the holder.

Clover10X offers Confidence Protection (CP) exclusively for NFTs purchased under the GOLD bundle.
CP provides a defined eligibility structure:
* 12-month eligibility period from the original purchase date
* Refund exercisable only during the defined 30-day window immediately following the eligibility period
* Refund calculated as purchase price less total rewards received (including rewards shared to beneficiaries)
CP applies per eligible NFT.
