Clover10X is a participation layer inside Clover Marketplace. It allows users to take part in the ecosystem’s growth through ownership of a GEN-01 Participation NFT.

No. Clover10X is not an investment product. There are no guaranteed returns, no projections, and no promises. Participation rewards depend entirely on real marketplace usage.

It is a blockchain-minted digital token that represents your participation in Clover Marketplace. Holding it may entitle you to quarterly rewards based on actual platform activity.
Each GEN-01 NFT costs S$100. You may purchase as little as 1 NFT, up to 100 NFTs per online purchase, with no limit on total NFTs held over time.

Rewards are calculated quarterly and may be paid in fiat currency.
They are derived from:
• a share of Clover Marketplace voucher transaction fees
• a share of Clover10X NFT sales revenue
If Clover Marketplace activity grows, participation rewards may grow too.
The first quarterly payout is scheduled for 9 April 2026, based on marketplace activity from the preceding quarter.

No. Rewards depend entirely on real marketplace usage and activity.

There is no cap on quarterly payouts. However, each NFT:
• retires automatically once 10× cumulative rewards are received, or
• expires after 5 years, whichever comes first.
Once retired or expired, the NFT stops receiving rewards. No action is required from the holder.

Item descriptioClover10X offers Confidence Protection (CP) exclusively for NFTs purchased under the GOLD bundle.
CP provides a defined eligibility structure:
* 12-month eligibility period from the original purchase date
* Refund exercisable only during the defined 30-day window immediately following the eligibility period
* Refund calculated as purchase price less total rewards received (including rewards shared to beneficiaries)
CP applies per eligible NFT.
