Jaiprakash Singh Hasrajani
Jaiprakash Singh Hasrajani (“Jai”) is Group COO of Clover Marketplace and Clover10X, responsible for operational governance, revenue execution, and structured multi-country scale.
A seasoned enterprise operator with over two decades of experience across Asia-Pacific, Jai has designed and led large-scale Global Capability Centres (GCCs), shared services transformations, and cross-border execution programs. He is known for building institutional-grade operating frameworks that convert strategy into sustainable performance.
Having previously worked alongside Chief as COO in an earlier growth-stage enterprise, Jai brings both trusted partnership and execution discipline to Clover’s next phase.
As Clover transitions from platform architecture to structured expansion across Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and India, Jai’s focus is to institutionalise the operating backbone — spanning revenue orchestration, ambassador governance, and the development of Clover.GCC as a scalable regional execution engine.
His mandate is clear: build the systems that make scale durable.
